B-H-S is governed by a board of directors that meet regularly and manage business matters and planning.

 

The society members enjoy an annual banquet with a program and speaker.

Volunteers serve in positions to maintain and manage the museum. Visitor reception, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, curator assistance are a few.
